The Gewerbepark Neuhuus in Bern-Bethlehem is being developed by mid-2026 as a sustainable commercial location with flexible spaces for production, offices and showrooms. The architecture combines exposed concrete in the base area with timber construction in the upper floors. The project stands out technically through photovoltaic systems, district heating connection, rainwater harvesting and CO₂-reduced recycled concrete. A central municipal depot for the City of Bern will also be integrated.
