The Migros Zurich cooperative is building a new Micasa in Dübendorf. Two basement levels with underground parking and storage rooms are being created. The ground floor and upper floor contain sales areas. Approximately 5000m2 of sales space is being created.
The load-bearing structure is a conventional reinforced concrete construction with walls, columns and flat ceilings with local reinforcements. A technical room in lightweight construction will be built on the roof. The building will have a shallow foundation.
