The 64 rental apartments are located directly on the flowing waters of the Reuss river.
The 2.5 to 5.5 room apartments impress with spacious rooms, flexible furnishing options and modern equipment including their own laundry tower. Particularly noteworthy are the covered terraces found on almost all apartments, which are reminiscent of a ship's deck. While the south-facing outdoor area offers a view of the vibrant city life, the terraces on the north façade provide wonderfully private retreats with views of the Reuss.
