The Graphis Building and Housing Cooperative plans a comprehensive renovation of its apartments in Thalwil. Work begins in 2024 and brings the residential spaces up to the latest energy standards. In addition to modernized apartments, a new community house will be built, which with its kitchen and meeting rooms promotes social interaction. A new playground for families will also be integrated.
