The residential development "In Büngerten" is being built on the formerly industrially used site at Bachmannweg in Zurich-Affoltern. The project forms an important part of the district development. The development comprises 5 building complexes with generous green spaces. A total of 122 rental apartments will be realized. The light-filled apartments include different apartment types with 1 to 5 1/2 rooms. Almost all apartments feature spacious living areas extending from facade to facade, large loggias or terraces. Wide window openings with ceiling-level windows reflect the facade concept in the interior. Windows and loggias are grouped according to apartment typology and create a distinctive appearance.
