Jakobspark Zurich Altstetten

The 9 residential buildings with 63 comfortable apartments are grouped around an inner courtyard, which with the planted plane trees is slowly but surely becoming a park.

We are proud that despite all urban planning requirements and objections from the city planning office, after numerous meetings and discussions, we were able to realize our planned project.

It was very important to us that the property in the transition area from Altstetten's core zone to the adjacent single-family home quarter should not be developed with a single, monstrous block, but with individual residential buildings grouped around a well-maintained inner courtyard.
