New Monolicht Manufacturing Facility

Monolicht GmbH has been producing innovative and custom-made LED lighting fixtures for 15 years. The facilities for design and production had become too cramped, which is why a two-storey new building was constructed on the adjacent plot. Optimized operational processes played a central role in the development of this modern manufacturing facility. The transition between office and production areas is designed seamlessly, with a break room featuring a roof terrace at the center. A showroom with meeting room and a light laboratory complete the spatial program.
