The residential development «mehrwert» in Oberkirch is based on ecological solid construction methods and consists of two modern apartment buildings with a total of 19 owner-occupied apartments. The architecture is characterized by functional, age-appropriate floor plans and protected loggias. From a technical perspective, the project relies on a CO₂-neutral energy concept with a borehole heat pump, a photovoltaic system, and integrated free cooling for the summer months.
