The Zurich architecture office Lütjens Padmanabhan creates loft apartments in the Längsbau that combine sustainability and unique spatial experience. Following the principle of sufficiency, expensive interior finishes are avoided and only the essentials are provided. The apartments feature raw concrete walls, a spiral staircase, a wet room, and a practical, expandable kitchen. This results in affordable rental prices and an impressive project along the Zwhatt site. Balconies along the building serve as meeting points and entrances to the double-height lofts with up to 6 meters of ceiling height, offering a unique living atmosphere.
