The Lindenmatt West residential development in Bolligen will undergo comprehensive renovation and be extended by 36 apartments from 2024 to 2027. The architecture combines modern extensions with the existing structure, with buildings being raised by one storey. Technically, it connects to the CO₂-neutral wood district heating network Bolligen-Stettlen, which increases energy efficiency. Additionally, barrier-free access will be created and the surrounding area modernized.
