The multi-family houses are modern in design and the apartments are very well suited for furnishing. The construction method and interior fittings meet current requirements. In particular, SIA standard 181 regarding sound insulation as well as official regulations for thermal insulation are met. The houses meet the Minergie standard. The facade design and general parts are determined by the architect. The apartments can be reconfigured by the buyers, provided this is communicated in time and is still feasible in terms of construction and planning. The installation zones, sound insulation and statics must not be impaired. The flat roofs of the multi-family houses are extensively greened.
