On the final building plot of the VISAVIE development, a modern new building is being constructed that completes the neighborhood. The housing mix includes micro-apartments, individually rentable flex rooms, and family apartments, complementing the existing offering. Each floor of the small apartments has a communal laundry room with an equipped work-space and kitchenette. A covered outdoor area on the ground floor provides space for various activities alongside the bicycle parking spaces. The Dessaules Foundation is realizing a care apartment for elderly people on the ground floor. Additionally, a central pellet heating system will be built in the basement, which can also supply the previous new buildings. A photovoltaic system on the building's roof enables tenants to purchase clean and local electricity directly from the landlord. The new building will be certified with the SNBS label to ensure a holistic consideration of environment, society, and economy.
