The Sunnige Hof housing cooperative is renewing part of its residential settlement on Else Züblin-Strasse in Albisrieden.
Six compact new buildings in a park-like setting provide space for 149 new apartments. Together with the 206 existing apartments from the 1950s, the settlement will have a total of 358 apartments in the future.
Realization and occupancy will take place in three phases. Completion is planned for summer 2012.
