A new commercial building is being constructed at Bahnhofstrasse 24, replacing the existing "Villa Lüthi". The planned four-storey new building with attic storey and two basement levels will enable attractive ground floor use with a public character. The 1st upper floor will be rented as office space, while the 2nd and 3rd upper floors with attic will become the headquarters of FSP Notare Brugg. The new building will restore the urban connection between the railway station and the old town and create architectural continuity with the historical city image, while meeting contemporary requirements. The construction comprises two massive basement levels with a core of flat ceilings and skeleton supports, while the façade consists of natural stone, concrete elements and metal windows with integrated textile sun protection awnings.
