The area development «Heinrüti» being created at the southwestern edge of the settlement in Widen comprises five building complexes in a demanding hillside location. The modern residential district directly adjacent to the railway line contains 111 rental and owner-occupied apartments. The load-bearing structure is being realized as an innovative BIM pilot project completely model-based and without conventional paper plans directly on the construction site.
