In the attractive and tax-advantaged municipality of Freienbach SZ, in the village of Wilen near Wollerau, seven multi-family houses with a total of 63 rental apartments are being built.
The cubic design and the facade with light gray walls make the multi-family houses a modern structure. The high standard of finishing inside leaves nothing to be desired. The modern, open kitchen invites cooking and socializing. All apartments feature controlled mechanical ventilation, which ensures a pleasant living climate. Each apartment includes a washing machine/dryer tower. While contemporary parquet flooring is laid in all rooms, the living area receives low-maintenance anthracite-colored ceramic tiles. The generous window areas emphasize the modern ambiance and allow plenty of light into the apartments.
