SVA Aargau is rebuilding its head office in Aarau. This forward-looking renovation project focuses on sustainability, modern workspaces, and integration into the residential quarter. The building will have a total of 200 to 300 workplaces. Additionally, each floor features a "living room" with kitchen and rest areas. The building is being renovated due to the age of the structures (construction years 1966, 1995). Another reason for the renovation is compliance with current energy standards, which include Minergie ECO and sustainable building Switzerland SNBS. This project is a statement by SVA Aargau - a sign for ecological construction and future-proof work models.
