In 2009, renovation work began in four phases. The goal is to secure the building structure and maintain functionality for the next generation. The sewerage system is being newly constructed, and brick stoves are being replaced with central heating. The replacement of pipes is accompanied by the installation of simple kitchen elements, and finally each apartment is getting a shower. In summer 2012, the work is completed.
