The Kirchgemeindehaus Neumünster in Zurich, built in 1911 by architects Otto and Werner Pfister, was the first of its kind in the city and ranks among the earliest in Switzerland. It served as a central meeting point in the Riesbach district and housed, among other things, a large hall called the "Theater im Seefeld". As part of the reorganization of the church community, the heritage-protected ensemble is being renovated and converted to residential use to enable rental at market-rate prices.
