The renovated commercial building Schanzeneck in Zurich offers spacious rooms of over 3 meters (ground floor over 4 meters) for comfortable working conditions. The architecture includes attractive retail spaces as well as nine customer parking spaces in the courtyard. Technically, sustainable cooling/heating is realized using lake water, which enables DGNB certification.
