On Pfingstweidstrasse, the existing twelve-storey building will be expanded with an extension and increased by ten storeys. In the upper floors of the 75-metre-high high-rise, Allreal will realize 100 rental apartments. These are generously designed 2½ to 5½-room apartments with living spaces ranging from 62 to 152 square metres. Leasing for the apartments, which will be ready to move into from October 2013, is expected to begin in spring 2013. Rental prices have not yet been determined; they will be in the middle to upper segment customary for new apartments in the neighbourhood.
