The Project
The Lucerne Pension Fund is realizing a new construction project with four different five- and six-story residential buildings for students. The total of 404 rooms are complemented by studios and spaces for commercial use. Plenty of space for meetings is provided by common areas and intermediate spaces on the floors as well as adjacent green spaces.
Jagged wooden facades create a measured, urban atmosphere.
Occupancy begins in autumn 2016.
