In Ostermundigen Oberfeld, the 'San Siro' project is creating a modern residential development with a total of 136 apartments – divided into 41 owner-occupied and 95 rental units. The buildings offer a mix of 2.5 to 5.5 room apartments and will be realized through six building structures. Additionally, commercial spaces are planned. Construction work began in 2024 and is expected to be completed by mid-2026. Ground source heat pumps are used for energy supply, and all units will have controlled ventilation systems. The project is supported by the VSAO pension foundation
