Renovation of Käferberg Care Centre

Complete dismantling and reconstruction of all electrical systems and installations. Execution in 6 construction phases while maintaining full use of the remaining facilities.
On the south side of the three patient buildings, the balconies were glazed to expand the recreation areas.
The spatial program was adapted to current needs; the layouts took extensive consideration of the existing building structure.
Installation of two recreation/dining rooms per station each and operational adaptation in the ancillary room area. For staff, a station office and a recreation room were provided.
