A terraced house with magnificent views towards the Alps, into the Aare valley and towards the town of Brugg is being built here. The main living areas and covered terraces are oriented towards the southwest and will be warmed by the sun throughout the day. The load-bearing structure allows flexible room layout. The Minergie standard is part of the modern technical planning. All terraced houses are accessible via wheelchair-accessible vertical lift systems via the main entrance or via the underground car park.
