The temporary school premises on Hohlstrasse in Zurich, a branch of Kantonsschule Wiedikon, is being built on the site of the former goods railway station. It comprises two school wings with 18 classrooms, specialist rooms and a sports hall. The buildings are being constructed using sustainable wooden modular construction and are equipped with photovoltaic systems. The open space includes an all-weather sports field and publicly accessible recreational areas. The temporary premises will be completed by summer 2024 and are intended to be used until 2031, when the permanent school building solution will be ready.
