The "WEYtblick" project renovates the residential and commercial building from 1958 through targeted, resource-efficient interventions. The load-bearing structure remains largely intact, while the envelope is energetically upgraded. Concrete elements reinterpret historic sandstone facades. The new Raiffeisenbank headquarters and optimized apartments combine modernism with urban context.
