With four floors, Citibank is one of the main tenants in the 126-meter-high Prime Tower, Zurich's landmark. The project included modifications and extensions across all 4 floors of tenant installations. The technically highly equipped office floors required significant effort in technical coordination and the integration of tenant installations into the overall building systems of the base construction. The renovations during ongoing operations required precise planning regarding phasing and logistics.
