With the Grünenhof project, UBS intends to comprehensively upgrade the heritage-protected buildings Grünenhof-South, -West and -East and supplement them with a new construction of the Delphin building. The goal is to optimize the use of the premises and provide more attractive workplaces. The building should meet the latest functional, ecological and economic principles.
