Neugrüen is the architectural calling card for access from the west towards Mellingen. The entire settlement is characterized by a small-scale, intimate neighbourhood character of detached houses, composed of row house groups and point houses in small parks. All residential elements are built in a Minergie-A compliant timber construction method.
The Neugrüen settlement lives up to its name. During the construction of the apartments and row houses, the highest Minergie standards (P-Eco and A-Eco) were maintained. Only the best building materials were used.
The finishing standard of the various apartments and row houses is above average – from the state-of-the-art kitchen to the wellness bathroom. New standards are also being set in terms of multimedia equipment.
