Using a participatory approach, a preliminary project will be developed together with the youth center staff and young people that meets the needs of all users and aims for a clear separation of the different groups.
The new building will house a party and course room with its own outdoor area facing the street on the ground floor, and a youth center with group rooms on the upper floor.
The design of the new leisure center will be respectfully continued, creating a harmonious overall appearance.
Through a shared canopy and continuous base architecture, old and new are connected on the garden side, with the base lifting the building off the ground while creating a strong connection to the outdoor area.
