Casa Giardino is a new construction project in Rafz with 16 attractive owner-occupied apartments. The project was planned by the architecture firm zadik architekten ag and realized by alpha zentaur immobilien ag. The multi-family building is located between the train station and the village center near the garden center and away from heavily trafficked roads. The apartments vary between 2.5 and 4.5 rooms with living space ranging from 82 sqm to 93 sqm. Some units offer a south-facing orientation, a private garden, or two terraces or seating areas. The building features an underground garage with 24 parking spaces as well as outdoor parking spaces.
