The «Les Roseaux» project in Grandson consists of the construction of two elegant and modern buildings, Minergie-certified, housing 20 high-end apartments. Located on a tree-lined plot of over 5,600 m² bordering Lake Neuchâtel, these buildings offer stunning views of the lake and Grandson's medieval castle. The architecture is inspired by the structure of a flower, with apartments and spacious balconies arranged like petals around a central core, thus maximizing perspectives on the surrounding landscape. The buildings, designed to integrate harmoniously into their natural environment, feature vegetated flat roofs and dynamically curved facades.
