The new "Hofgarten Center" in Bellach replaces the existing facilities Dementia Care Center Forst and Magnolia Park Care Center with modern infrastructure. The FOMASO Foundation will ensure sustainable operations and fulfill service contracts with various user groups in a contemporary manner. The flexible construction method enables adaptation of spaces to changing needs and offers diverse residential forms and services. Architecture, infrastructure, and operations are designed according to current requirements, and the principle "Function before design" serves as a guide.
