The building is used as a hotel extension / annex of the Hotel Montana at Konradstrasse 39.
As a small city hotel, national and international guests are accommodated who are in Zurich for business travel or leisure. This includes numerous tourists. The gastronomy on the ground floor is accessible to hotel guests as well as neighborhood residents, passersby and business people with an attractive offer and all-day catering options.
