The expansion project at Sarnen Community House includes the renovation and extension of the existing community house, construction of a new flexible multipurpose building, and an underground parking facility with 73 parking spaces. Architecture and technology focus on sustainability: the community house retains its concrete structure but is supplemented with a new facade, Minergie standard, photovoltaics, and timber construction elements.
