After 38 years without major construction work, the Commercial Vocational School is undergoing a comprehensive renovation to meet current requirements. The main entrance on Tödistrasse will be clearly designed and this access will be consistently continued inside to optimize training and organization. The façade design will be uniform and simple to recognize the school complex as a unit, with the new flat building for the cafeteria seamlessly integrated. Sustainability is a central concern, implemented through minimal intervention, decentralized ventilation systems, and a photovoltaic system on the roofs.
