The comprehensive renovation of the Heiligfeld I residential settlement (built in 1948) focuses on heritage preservation and energy modernization. The architecture is structurally preserved but technically upgraded through district heating, photovoltaic systems, and new windows. In parallel, the mid-section buildings are being expanded with a timber construction addition of 32 additional family apartments and the installation of lifts.
