The Zentrum Dorfstrasse project in Schöftland combines an expanded commercial concept with sustainable architecture and technical innovation. An extended shopping center (Coop) on the ground floor is being built above a two-level underground parking garage. Above this, three residential buildings with 36 apartments are being constructed — in hybrid construction (wood + solid construction), with wood facades and loggia-style balconies.
