The new building will realize two departments with a total of 21 resident rooms and corresponding ancillary spaces on the ground floor and first floor. Organizationally, the new care departments are arranged around a three-story atrium that allows the desired daily and seasonal references of the residents to penetrate deep into the building. Towards the park, the protected dementia garden invites visitors to linger; moreover, each floor has a covered, spacious loggia. On the 2nd floor, in addition to holiday rooms and offices, facilities for a shared medical practice are planned.
