Complete Renovation Sackzelg

The complete renovation of Sackzelg in Zurich-Albisrieden comprises the energy-efficient and structural renewal of the high-rise building Gutstrasse 227 as well as the row houses Sackzelg 10, 12 and 14. The architecture is preserved in its structure, but is moderately densified through an additional storey in timber element construction for the houses Sackzelg 10 and 14, adding six additional apartments. Technically, the settlement is brought up to a modern standard: A new heating centre with borehole heat pump replaces the old system, complemented by a photovoltaic system on the roof and e-charging stations in the underground garage.
