Classic architectural mandate, leisure and hospitality

The existing building complex was supplemented with 2 buildings, a guest house and a multi-family house. The buildings are volumetrically and visually integrated into the existing surroundings. The flat gable roofs and the mural aesthetic of the buildings are oriented towards the existing buildings on the site as well as in the neighborhood. The guest house is divided into 3 building sections: the single-story reception building, the restaurant wing, and the three-story room wing with six 3-room guest apartments and 12 guest rooms. The three-story multi-family house comprises three 4.5-room apartments and three 5.5-room apartments. The materials used in the interior were selected with regard to naturalness and site appropriateness: floor coverings in Iragna gneiss, clay tiles and oak parquet. Parts of the existing surroundings were redesigned, in particular the parking lot was enlarged, the landscaped park was expanded, a playground and a boccie court were integrated.
