In 2025, Lerchenhalde 60Plus will be built as part of the Lerchenberg settlement. It consists of 48 age-appropriate apartments and a cluster housing unit with 10 units. The timber construction blends harmoniously into the green surroundings and forms an ensemble with the new buildings of the Turicum housing cooperative. In addition to the apartments, the building offers public facilities on the ground floor such as commercial spaces and a tennis club room. A spacious community room is exclusively accessible to residents. Each apartment has its own outdoor area. Barrier-free showers and elevators make living comfortable even in old age. The project places great emphasis on sustainability.
