In the five-storey buildings, which run parallel to Talstrasse and the slope, 50 apartments are arranged. In the two annexe buildings in front, embedded in the slope and used from above for outdoor activities, office uses are allocated. Characteristic storey apartments have been created. The external appearance of the buildings is characterized by the grid of the load-bearing exposed concrete structure. The concrete surfaces of the facade are painted with a glaze, while all components in the facade openings have a metallic character.
