The residential development Hausmatte in Altwis (LU) combines rural tranquility on Mosenstrasse with state-of-the-art housing technology. The project comprises three residential buildings with a total of 17 rental apartments, with a historic existing building harmoniously integrated into the new settlement. A central feature is the integrated smart home system, which is standard in all apartments and enables intelligent control of heating, lighting, and security sensors. The architecture focuses on generous floor plans, high-quality materials, and consistently wheelchair-accessible construction.
