The modern residential complex Rhysunne is being built in Eschenz with three multi-family houses and four single-family homes, ideally oriented towards the south. It comprises 16 rental and 4 owner-occupied apartments with 2½ to 4½ rooms as well as 5½-room single-family houses. All units offer high-quality finishes, spacious outdoor areas and barrier-free access. Ground floor apartments have private gardens. The central communal zone with playground promotes community spirit. Completion is planned for spring 2025. The project combines modern living with a quiet, natural setting near Lake Untersee.
