The new construction project BERN131 is being realized at Stauffacherstrasse 131 in Bern. The new building is located in direct proximity to Wankdorfcity and Wankdorf Center. The service building, constructed in SNBS Gold Standard Hybrid timber construction method, offers a total of 13,500 sqm of rental space. Thanks to the well-thought-out floor plan design, efficient use of the triangular plot is possible.
