As part of the reconceptualization of the Giesshübel area, individual rental apartments are being created in the former SZU operating building. The office spaces of the SZU, which were previously located on the upper floors, are being relocated to the ground floor and first floor, and the building is being expanded to a total of five upper floors. A total of 24 rental units are being created in the new wooden extension
