Exclusive owner-occupied apartments are being built on Lürlibadstrasse in Chur.
A multi-family house with 17 apartments and two single-family houses form the new residential development at an elevated location near Chur's city center. The building structure of the multi-family house is divided into six volumes. Each floor has its own qualities. The ground floor impresses with direct garden access, the entrance floor is oriented on two sides with its own outdoor area and balcony. All residential units share the unique view into the valley. The vineyard theme continues in the facade design. Together with natural stone facades and green roofs, the buildings blend seamlessly with their surroundings.
