On the Hunziker Areal in the development area Zurich Leutschenbach, a new vibrant, socially mixed district with 13 buildings and around 400 residential units is being created, with a broad mix of commercial and community spaces as well as diverse green and open spaces.
Around 1100 people of all generations will actively live and work together here from autumn 2014 onwards. Co-determination, communal, partly entirely new forms of living, lived sustainability according to the 2000-watt society, diverse infrastructure, affordable housing construction and high-quality architecture characterize the cooperative settlement.
